We are looking for an innovative Store Design & Visual Merchandiser to assist the manager in generating sales through creative retail displays and windows that capture buyers’ attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-store experience. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert stores and window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximize profitability.

To be successful as a Store Design & Visual Merchandiser you must ensure our store’s visual appearance is maintained to the highest standard, at all times.

Responsibilities:

•Preparing Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
•Distribution of spaces taking into account the customer’s journey.
•Coordinating external consultants (Engineers, Lighting, expeditors, etc) and internal departments (marketing, logistic, visual merchandising, etc).
• Managing and organizing the projects of the Brand’s Retail, Shop in Shop and Trade shows.
•Coordination of the different implementations in all the channels (windows, displays and decorations) in strong cooperation with local teams and area managers.
•Ensure excellence VM execution is reached and maintained.
•Develop VM guidelines, to support relevant stakeholders on how to merchandise.
•VM Feedback reports, tracking and follow up to ensure correct implementation.
•VM trainings on the field and online.
•Photomontages and 3Ds.
•Analysis and KPI´S global reports.
•Responsible for Visual Merchandising Strategy improving brand visibility and consumer flow to stores.
